Hawaii Fruit Smoothies

Hawaii Fruit Smoothies (Serves 4)

Diced, 5 different types of fresh or frozen fruits or berries*
Low fat or fat free vanilla yogurt
1% Milk or Vanilla soy milk
Ice cubes (optional)

1. Dice fresh fruits into chunks
2. Combine all the ingredients in blender and whiz until smooth
3. Drink and power up!

*Bananas, strawberries, blue berries, raspberries, honey dew, kiwi fruits, papaya, mango etc.
